A naturist gardener claims his council is breaching his human rights after it approved plans for houses overlooking his garden. Leslie Howard, 70 erected fencing at his home in Steeton, West Yorkshire so he could tend his garden in the nude, but he could face arrest if future neighbours report him for indecent exposure.
“I think it’s disgusting,” said former fire fighter. “Human rights legislation says that I should have a right to control who sees my body.”
This is from the curiouser and curiouser images. With this one I decided to put some miffed looking neighbours peeking over the fence and the gardener is partly obscured by the rose-bush as I thought it was a little bit amusing.
